A obra “A Crise da Narração” de Byung-Chul Han (2023) analisa a perda de narrativas coesas no mundo contemporâneo, impactando o sentido individual e coletivo. A proliferação de informação fragmentada e a cultura do like erodem a capacidade de narrar. Han dialoga com Benjamin e Sartre, mostrando como a tecnologia e o neoliberalismo transformam a narração em mercadoria, esvaziando seu poder de conexão e sentido, levando a uma crise da comunidade. O storytelling instrumentaliza narrativas para consumo, perdendo sua função terapêutica e de construção da subjetividade.
