É membro do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Políticas de Educação Superior da Região Sul e do projeto de pesquisa Interdisciplinaridade, Docência Universitária e Políticas Educacionais. Atuou como professora de rede municipal de ensino e desde 2015 é professora de diversos cursos de licenciatura da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul - UFFS, Campus Erechim.
