- Abstract
- This article presents a bibliographic revision about school climate. The conceptions, the characteristics, the patterns and the variables that influence the climate will be presented. The importance of school climate studies is the fact that this approach allows a better comprehension about the organizational process in the schools and the actions that improve the quality of education.
