Trayectoria para la Sostenibilidad: una Revisión Sistemática sobre las Acciones de las Instituciones de Educación Superior para la Integración de los ODS

Resumen

Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), como centros de conocimiento y agentes de transformación, tienen un papel central en el desarrollo sostenible, adaptando prácticas frente a los desafíos globales. Este estudio, a través de una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura (RSL), analizó iniciativas de gestión universitaria para incorporar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). El análisis de diecinueve estudios identificó tres enfoques de integración: Planificación Estratégica, Prácticas Sostenibles y Responsabilidad Social (PSRS), e Indicadores de Sostenibilidad. Los resultados muestran una integración fragmentada y desequilibrada de los ODS. El enfoque PSRS es el único que contempla los diecisiete ODS en su totalidad. En contraste, la Planificación Estratégica tiene baja asociación con los ODS sociales y ambientales, y los Indicadores de Sostenibilidad omiten ODS cruciales, evidenciando fragilidades en la medición y el monitoreo. Los hallazgos refuerzan la necesidad de una gestión universitaria estratégica, alineada con la Agenda 2030, para ampliar el impacto y fortalecer las acciones hacia una IES sostenible.

    Es licenciada en Ingeniería de Producción Mecánica por la UFPB (2009), máster en Ingeniería de Producción por la (UFPB), es doctoranda del Programa de Postgrado en Desarrollo y Medio Ambiente en Asociación con la Red Prodema (Prodema-UFPB), es Profesora de Educación Superior en el curso de Ingeniería de Producción de la Universidad Federal de Piauí y actúa principalmente en investigaciones sobre sostenibilidad en sistemas de producción, gestión ambiental, educación superior y ética y responsabilidad social.

    Es licenciado en Administración por la UFPB (1989), máster en Administración por la UFPB (1995), doctor en Ingeniería de Producción por la UFSC (2001), es profesor permanente de los Programas de Postgrado en Administración de la UFPB y del Programa de Desarrollo y Medio Ambiente (PRODEMA/UFRN), es investigador del CNPq y su trabajo abarca los temas de energía sustentable, indicadores de desarrollo sustentable, gestión urbana, innovación tecnológica, tecnologías sociales y las relaciones entre administración y sociedad.

    Es licenciado en Geografía por la UFPB (1984), máster en Teledetección por el INPE (1990), doctor en Geografía por la UNESP (2000) y posdoctorado por la Universidad de Sevilla (España) (2013). Es profesor titular de la UFPB, coordinador del Doctorado de PRODEMA/UFPB, coordinador estatal de Ordenación Espacial Marina y becario de Productividad en Investigación del CNPq desde 2008. Trabaja principalmente en los siguientes temas: geoprocesamiento, desertificación, teledetección, ordenación del territorio, planificación ambiental e indicadores.
