ANOTAÇÕES SOBRE O PLANEJAMENTO PÚBLICO ESTRATÉGICO PREVISTO ATUALMENTE (2005 – 2023) PARA A MATRIZ DE TRANSPORTE BRASILEIRA E OS RECURSOS HÍDRICOS NACIONAIS NO INÍCIO DO SÉCULO XXI

Abstract

This paper has some data about Brazil’s Transportation Matrix, and its design to integrating South America logistically; the treatment due to environmental issue, a process in progress, with simultaneous and portentous interventions on untouched regions in brazilian hinterland. The environmental issue is very important because many places should be affected on various levels and wide range on its water resources. The execution of Brazil’s National Logistics and Transport Matrix Plan will be held by Transport Ministery with an instrument named AAE (Environmental Strategic Evaluation), created to make the construction of infra-structure continuously possible for the National Transportation System whereas and when needed. The paper also mentions the components of the National Council for Management of Water Resources, and the “Flying Rivers Project” to study the effects from de-florestation of Amazonic Rain-forest on the brazilian hidrological cycle.
