Abstract
The aim of this article was disseminating the work and care that the psychologist of the sport should take during their travel with the team.As we know, the commitments are such that a sports team or athlete is in constant travel, long or not. These can rise into major parts for sports results, if well planned or considered in advance. Such planning should take into account some decisive elements for the job that you perform. Therefore, it is necessary that the sports psychologist knows how to deal with stress and with other specific events that may occur during the trip. The motion included questions such as: training of mental abilities and ideal plan for the psychological income, risk management, the proper use of information from the media, and intervention in decisive moments.

    possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade Paulista (1977), mestrado em Educação Física pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (1996) e doutorado em Educação Física pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2000). Atualmente é outro (especifique) da Universidade Sao Judas Tadeu, psicóloga - Confederação Brasileira de Voleibol, - Revista Brasileira de Ciência e Movimento, - Revista da Educação Física, - Integração (São Paulo), - Revista da Educação Física, profissional autônomo da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol, - Revista Brasileira de Ciência e Movimento, - Revista Brasileira de Educação Física e Esporte , - Revista Iberoamericana de Psicologia del Ejercicio y el Deporte, profissional autonomo da Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, profissional autônomo - Paulista Futebol Clube e - Motriz (Rio Claro).
