Abstract
From an artistic perspective, Capoeira refers to a field of knowledge related to sensibility. In this way the Capoeira practitioner, or the so-called "capoeirista," perceives his body as more than simply a skillful tool that holds knowledge and self-control. Instead, he opens himself up to the perception of new feelings, the result of integrating art with the human body. As the body expresses its network of senses through Capoeira, it crosses art’s borders. Contemporary dance takes advantage of this significance as it poetically incorporates the body into the creative process.

    É pesquisador interessado na análise da experiência corporal sob a perspectiva da atuação criativa. Sempre se interessou pela pesquisa em dança, na sua relação de diálogo entre a pesquisa científica e os laboratórios de experimentação corporal.
